Installation and Usage Conditions

This equipment must be installed indoors, with an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 45°C. The indoor environment should be free of flammable gases, corrosive gases, and steam.

The equipment requires a minimum floor space of 9 square meters. The workspace should be at least 3 meters long, 3 meters wide, and the height should not be less than 2 meters. The foundation must be solid and level, with the total weight of the furnace being approximately 1200 kg.

The power supply for this equipment must be a three-phase five-wire AC line, with voltages of 380/220 ± 10% V and a frequency of 50 ± 2% Hz. This power line should be dedicated, and large power conversion devices such as welding machines, electric furnaces, and metal cutting machines should not be connected to this distribution.

The equipment must be reliably grounded.

The gas inlet pressure for the equipment should be between 0.2 and 0.4 Mpa.
